Beetroot Salad

Portions: 4 

INGREDIENTS

1 kilo of beetroots

4 cloves of garlic

300 gr of Greek yoghurt

100 gr. Chopped walnuts

6 tablespoons of olive oil

3 tablespoons of vinegar

Salt

PROCEDURE

We wash and boil the beetroots and we cut them in small cubes. We mix oil, vinegar, yoghurt, garlic, walnuts and salt. Then we mix it well with the beetroots. We put the salad in the fridge and leave it for two hours before serving
