Tzatziki
INGREDIENTS
½ large cucumber, grated
with a cheese grater using the
large blades
3 Garlic Granules, minced
300 gr. plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Salt and pepper
PROCEDURE
Make sure your grated cucumber is well-drained
you can use your hands to squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber or
you can drain it in cheesecloth.
Then you are ready to blend together all ingredients.
If not using immediately,
cover and refrigerate.
